This class is primarily movement based, and is in the nice yummy middle of our power and slow flow classes. Expect a moderate paced flow, linking a series of deeper, mindful movements synchronized with the breath. During class: You’ll sweat, move, breathe, (and hopefully) smile. This flow is for everyone so bring a friend!

Half power, half yin equals a whole lot of awesomeness! Spend half the first half of class building heat and strength as you challenge your bodies and minds. Then wind down and chill out in some yummy long stretches. A perfect mixture that will have you leaving with all the feels.
In a Hatha class you will move through stronger postures, without the constant movement (or vinyasa) that you will experience in a flow class. We will hold postures longer and take time to really connect with our alignment, bodies, and minds.
The Rocket Series are derivatives of the Ashtanga Series, which were developed by Pattabhi Jois in the early-to-mid 20th century. We like to call it playful Ashtanga! Pattabhi Jois was the teacher of Larry Schultz, the personal traveling instructor for Bob Weir of The Grateful Dead. While teaching Weir, Schultz developed The Rocket as a way of encouraging modification, empowering the student to shape the practice to his needs and abilities. The Rocket is less strict in its interpretation of asana and transitions, but it is still Ashtanga at heart. The Rocket is a dynamic and fast-paced flow of yoga. Expect to play on your hands…. A lot!
This is our owners FAVORITE! This class is fair game and you can expect something crazy and different each and every time! It will be a stronger class but we will play A LOT. Get ready to smile, sweat, and just have fun as we practice to some amazing tunes.
Let’s move, stretch, and breathe together as we let all our worries go! This class a mixture of Hatha and Slow Flow. All levels are more than welcome as we have fun and probably jam to Mr. Marley here and there. ;)
Let’s get comfy! We will use bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps to fully support you in each posture. These modified postures open the body to deep relaxation and healing.
We will move through a few restorative poses and breathe work to help the body find a place of comfort. Then we will enter stillness through a guided meditation. This is a time for you to let the mental stuff go and to relax the physical and mental bodies.
Our strong bad asses need some yoga too! This class is a mixture of slow flow, hatha, and restorative postures. We will work on opening parts of the body to help athletes recover as we build mobility to assist in healthy activity off the mat. This class is for everyBODY, even if you do not consider yourself and athlete and you just need a yummy stretch. *Please also take a look at our foam rolling class to help with mobility!
Foam Rolling- This is not a traditional yoga class! We will utilize foam rollers and lacrosse balls to release tension and to open up the body. This is a great counter to an active and strong practice on and off the mat. We provide the equipment needed for class, however pre-registration is encouraged as props are limited.
This class is for women in every stage of pregnancy. We take an active yet safe approach in this class. We will move through a hatha class as we focus on breathe, and use props as we incorporate restorative postures into the practice.
This class is for ages 7-12. Your kiddos will learn and practice the fundamentals of mindfulness in body, breath and mind. We will incorporate fun and energizing movements and practice creative ways to center their mind.

Let’s get flexy! Yin yoga targets the deep, dense connective tissues of the entire body. Most yin postures are floor-based and held for a longer period of time. Yin is sometimes confused with a restorative yoga practice. We will hold long postures for an extended period of time without the extensive use of props. This class is yummy, yet can be challenging both mentally and physically.
