IN STUDIO REGULAR YOGA CLASSES

• You have the ability to remove your self from a class or a waitlist up to 60 minutes before class starts via your Momence dashboard. 

• If you are a drop-in, 5 class-pass, or 10 class-pass yogi and you canceled before the 60 minute cut-off you will get a credit to your customer account or a credit to your class-pass. 

• If you are a no-show the charge or class-pass is deducted and a $5 no-show fee will be applied. If you have any questions please message support@skysthelimityogaco.com  

• If you are an Unlimited Member, nothing happens when you cancel. If you are an Unlimited Member and you do not show a $5 no-show fee will be applied.  If you have any questions please message memberships@skysthelimityogaco.com  


OUTSIDE STUDIO COMMUNITY EVENTS

• You have the ability to remove your self form class or waitlist via your Momence dashboard so long as it is 48 hours before the event starts.

• If you cancel before the 48 hour cutoff off you will get a credit to your customer account.

• If you are a no-show and have any questions please message events@skysthelimityogaco.com

IN STUDIO CLASSES

• You will be able to join the waitlist if the class is full. Once a customer is cancelled or cancels themselves from the event, the first person on the waitlist will automatically be booked in.

• You will automatically be added to class up to 90 minutes before class begins and you will be notified that you are now in the class.

• When registering for the waitlist you will be required to enter card details but you will only get charged if and when you are moved from the waitlist to class.

If STL cancels on you then we refund all the things!

If STL is forced to cancel - (Fingers and toes crossed that this does not happen again), but if we are forced to close in the event of something like a pandemic all unlimited memberships will automatically be dropped to our virtual member pricing and features. 

Monthly Memberships can be canceled anytime after your 2nd monthly payment. We ask for at least 72 hours notice before your next payment OR you can do it right your momence account!
