Join us for a 7 night retreat that is open to everyBODY. Your stay will provide two full day excursions in Cape Town including an exploration at the Penguin Peninsula + daily safaris, yoga && coffee walks wile on our own private preserve in Hoedspruit.
- 7 night stay :: 3 nights in Cape Town (7.28-7.31) and 4 nights on the private Hoedspruit preserve (7.31-8.4)

Passport
- All visitors to South Africa require a passport valid for six months from the date of departure
- For each entry into South Africa your passport must have at least two consecutive pages that are completely blank (not including the final page or endorsement pages).
Vaccinations
- We are staying in two VERY safe areas and we are going during a low risk time. No vaccinations are required for the areas we are traveling to however our retreat host recommend consulting with your primary care for any + all personal recommendations.
- If you choose to proceed with vaccinations some recommend are Malaria and Tick Bite Fever
